"Great deal for the money"
for the price I wasn’t expecting much but it ended up working really well and it was cheap enough that I didn’t have to overthink buying it so I’m happy with what I got.

"Streaming seems way smoother now"
I tried watching Netflix and it ran perfectly with no lag or buffering at all. Based on that, it feels like streaming in general is finally smooth for me now

"Refund was quick, thankfully"
I was kind of bracing myself for the usual support runaround because I’m tired of dealing with customer service stuff these days. But the billing was clear, and when I reached out about a refund, they handled it faster than I expected.
There wasn’t a bunch of back-and-forth or pointless questions, which I really appreciated. The money showed back up after a few days, and that was that. Painless overall, so I’m giving it 5 stars

"Pretty easy, though I stay cautious with the menus"
Overall, it’s easy enough to use, and I haven’t had any major problems. Some of the menus can be a little confusing or clunky, so I usually take my time and double-check what I’m selecting before moving on.

I’ve been using nordvpn on my laptop and phone, and for the most part it’s been solid. The Windows app is simple enough to figure out, and it runs fine on my Android too. My brother uses it sometimes when he’s over, and he had no trouble connecting either.
The only real frustration has been with my smart TV. Setup wasn’t as clear as I expected, and it kept disconnecting here and there, which got annoying. It’s not a dealbreaker, but I thought it would be smoother across all my devices.

"I had a login issue and support..."
I had a login issue and support got it sorted out really fast. I didn’t have to keep repeating the same details, which I know a lot of customers appreciate. Overall, it was a simple and smooth experience, and I’m happy with how they handled it.

"Usually quick when it counts"
Most nights the speed is solid and I don’t really have to think about it, which is kind of the point. Every now and then it slows down a bit, but it hasn’t been enough to make me too frustrated.

"Easy to use and super reliable"
The app has been really stable for me. I pretty much leave it on all day and it stays connected without any random crashes like I used to deal with. The whole setup and day-to-day use has been really easy too, which I definitely appreciate.
